Lisa James

Lisa qualified as a dental nurse in 1982 and moved into Practice management in 2006. One of Lisa’s main roles is to ensure that the dental team are organized and supported in order to provide outstanding patient care. She is responsible for creating rotas, chairing staff meetings and ensuring that a safe environment is maintained for all patients, staff and visitors. Lisa ensures all legal, ethical and organizational guidelines are adhered to by team members and that the practice complies with industry and government guidelines..
